PENCE CHRISTMAS

This Christmas my ENTIRE family got together: Grandma and grandpa. 6 siblings with their spouses (except for me since I'm the single one) and 8 kids under 7 years old. My cousin Cara also spent a couple days with use since her work schedule didn't allow her to go back to Iowa. Oh yeah- we all stayed in my parents house!! It was tons of fun, but a little crazy. Heres the stats from the 4 days we were together:

1 Ham

15 Gallons of Milk
25 Two Liters of Pop
8 Quarts of Eggnog
7 lbs of Butter
3 Batches of Homemade Rolls

Triple Batch of Pancakes
15 lbs of Potatoes
15 Loaves of Breakfast Bread
8 Dozen Eggs

8 (16 oz) Steaks
7 lds of Pork Loin
1 Gallon of Nacho Chesse
2 Giant Sticks of Summer Sausage
2 Bags of Tortilla Chips
6 Bags of Potato Chips

Lots of Cookies and Treats

1 Lone Batch of Carmel Corn (this is unusual)
